Who can purchase my item?

Starting mid-September we plan to allow non-Allhers members to purchase items using the Buy Now feature. This feature will allow sellers to reach a wider audience of potential buyers.

You may opt into the feature when posting an item by selecting "Anyone" in the Who can purchase this item? section of the listing form. If you opt into allowing anyone to purchase your item, anyone who visits the site (not just verified female Allhers members) can click Buy Now and request to purchase your item. Once a buyer clicks Buy Now on your item, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the sale. Once you accept the sale, the buyer's credit card will be charged and Allhers will safely hold the funds until the item has been exchanged, at which time the funds will be transferred into your bank account. We will not share any of your personal information with the buyer; coordinating pickup or delivery is completely up to you.

Alternatively, you may opt out of the feature by selecting "Verified Allhers Members" in the Who can purchase this item? section of the listing form. When you select this, only verified Allhers members can click Buy Now and request to purchase your item. As mentioned above, once a buyer clicks Buy Now on your item, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the sale. Once you accept the sale, the buyer's credit card will be charged and Allhers will safely hold the funds until the item has been exchanged, at which time the funds will be transferred into your bank account. We will not share any of your personal information with the buyer; coordinating pickup or delivery is completely up to you.
